We are well known within the Island's Health Care community where we have been employed for a number of years. We have established excellent communications with the Island's local authorities which will enable us to deliver a seamless, efficient service.

• To work in a collaborative and co-operative manner with all health professionals, community, social and other care workers involved in the provision of care and to recognise and respect their contribution within the care team.
