MEETING YOUR NEEDS  

Following your initial enquiry, a visit is made by either Edmond or Tracey to assess your required care needs and to make a comprehensive Risk Assessment.

Initial assessments are free of charge.

We maintain regular contact with both the client and the nurse to ensure

1. that care is to the highest standard;
2. that any problems are dealt with; and
3. any queries answered.

Our 24 hour ‘on-call' service is available to provide support, advice and guidance to clients and staff when needed.
